Fad diets promise many things, yet when you start the program, you’ll be required to use several supplements. The most common of which turns out to be Chromium Picolinate.

This naturally occurring mineral is claimed to assist metabolism by
stimulating insulin activity and balancing glucose levels. We generally do not get enough Chromium in our regular diets. So if you’re a candidate for Chromium supplement, feel free to add it. No more than 250 micrograms per day and you should probably give your body a break every 3 months by stopping Chromium consumption for 2-4 weeks. Some multi-vitamins contain up to 100 mcg per dose as well. Nothing wrong with that at all. OK?
